We can more quickly navigate in Power BI report, by right-clicking on the left or right page navigation arrow to expose a contextual menu with all of the report pages.

Arranging pages in power bi desktop Select the page from the bottom page navigation and the hold down CTRL key and move the cursor left or right to move the page. To move the page at the start or end we can select Shift also with CTRL and then press Home or End key to move the page to first or last in the report pages.
Change the Page view in the report It is important to note that we and the report users might view the reports on screens with different aspect ratios and sizes.
The default display view is Fit to page, which means that the contents are scaled to best fit the page. If we need to change this view, go to the View tab, select Page view, and then select the preferred page view option, as illustrated in the following screenshot.

Note: Whatever the page view we are selecting for the page in the Power BI report, after publishing by default, it reflects the same page view for that page in the Power BI service also.
