Selection pane in Power BI
We can use the Selection pane to manage objects in the Power BI:
• group or ungroup them,
• show or hide them, and
• Layer order and Tab order
Group or ungroup objects To group the objects, go to the Selection pane, by clicking the View menu and then select Selection, select the objects and right click on the selection then click on Group.
The displayed Selection pane includes a list of all items on the report page, along with an eye icon that indicates the items that are currently visible.

Alternatively, press then shift key and then click on objects to select the objects that we want to group.

To ungroup select the group that we want to ungroup and then click on the Format menu and click on Group and then Ungroup.

Please note how the group is shown in the selection pane.

Step 1: Select the object in the Power BI from the Selection pane.
Step 2: To hide the object, select non-crossed eye icon.

Step 3: To unhide the object, select the crossed eye icon.
